February 20, 2009 ACTION ALERT: Almost 60 Signers on Oxygen Letter - MORE ARE NEEDED! Call for Support for the 36 Month Cap to be Repealed
Have you called your Member of Congress? This letter was sent to all health Legislative Assistants in Washington asking for support for the 36 month cap to be repealed. Already signed on to this letter are Congressmen Shuler, Miller, Coble and McHenry. Etheridge, Jones and McIntyre supported this effort in the last Congress and Price voiced support but missed the quick deadline. The deadline to sign on is MONDAY FEB 23rd!! Please call your member TODAY if they have not signed on and simply ask for the Health LA to ask them to voice your desire to their boss – sign this dear colleague letter by Monday!!
